ONGOING COVID RESTRICTIONS
We are now over 18 months into the covid pandemic, hopefully it is weakening with each variant. In the mean time we still have to be aware of its infectious nature and virulence especially for vulnerable members of the community. As we have different people passing through the treatment rooms we still have various restrictions in place some of them listed by the Scottish government which mean they are compulsory and others we make as best practice.
Face coverings must be worn in the treatment room - therapists and clients. I have still increased turn around time to 30 minutes in between clients. This gives extra time for disinfection and ventilation. There is a track and trace poster for you to use with the app on your phone, or you will be asked to write down your contact details and answer 3 short questions the information will be destroyed after 21 days. Please bring your own water and mask/ face covering. I have sterilised visors for those of you who want the extra protection during nail treatments.
In Glasgow please still come to the back/kitchen door where you will be directed to the treatment room. If you have had notice to isolate or have tested positive for covid please let me know as soon as possible either by text or phone and we will make you another appointment. I do have a 24 hour cancellation policy in place which has a 50% charge. This is standard practice now due to loss of income. dependant on the length of time between the cancelled and rescheduled appointment ( less then 2 weeks) this amount may be used as a deposit.
On a positive note all treatments are back on the menu with no restrictions (apart for mask wearing) masks are removed while working around the face for the length of time for that part of the treatment.
Hopefully you will feel you receive the same high standard of treatment with the necessary precautions being hardly noticeable.
